That approach comes naturally to Dane. When he’s not moving real estate, he paints fine art and keeps fit as an ultra-endurance athlete. He brings the same artistic creativity and relentless tenacity to his professional career. He’s driven by a passion for his profession, and he’s led by integrity, honesty, passion, quality, and hard work in everything he does.

Dane works easily with a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, referrals and friends, and people seeking the coastal lifestyle. Based in Laguna Niguel, Dane knows the area market well since he’s lived in Southern Orange County most of his life. He also learned about real estate from his father, Brett, who’s also a real estate broker associate. “We still work very closely together,” Dane says, “dividing and conquering to give our clients the utmost professional and personal experience.”

In his spare time, Dane continues to paint, exhibiting his works at art shows and galleries in Los Angeles and Laguna Beach. He donates paintings and proceeds to CASA, which provides legal advocates for abused and neglected children.
